hey all!

'nother gringo is coming to San Jose to teach english. i have a contract and arrive at the tail end of august, but i'm trying to get a jump on finding a cool group/place to live with/in. anybody know of a group housing situation in the city that's chill, open minded, and cozy? local ticos, expats, travelers, whatever, i'm not a picky person. just want a nice little space to lay my head & put my computer, and a kitchen, maybe a living room to hang with roomies.
